Paper notes, if any, are stored in a locked cabinet and used only when essential.
Personal data related to coaching sessions is kept for a maximum of 7 years after your final session, in line with professional practice and insurance requirements.
After that period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
You may request for your personal data to be deleted sooner unless I am legally required to retain it.
When it is time to dispose of your data:
Digital files are permanently deleted from all systems and backup drives.
Paper records, if used, are shredded using a cross-cut shredder.
